Sharia-compliant bridging finance
Fast, interest-free short-term property finance for investors and businesses who want their funding to reflect their values.
Finance without riba
Conventional bridging loans charge interest. Sharia-compliant bridging works differently: the funder earns an agreed, fixed profit through a trade-based structure, most commonly commodity murabaha, instead of interest on money lent. You know the full cost up front, and it doesn't compound.
We work with lenders whose Islamic finance products are structured with this in mind, and we'll explain how each lender's structure works before you commit.

Frequently asked questions
Is it genuinely Sharia-compliant?
We only present products that lenders offer as Sharia-compliant. Where a lender has a Sharia adviser or board, we can share the information they provide so you can review it yourself or with your own scholar.
Is it more expensive than a conventional bridge?
Not necessarily. Pricing depends on the deal, the property and the lender, and is often comparable. We'll show you the full cost so you can compare.
Can my limited company apply?
Yes. Limited companies, LLPs and individual investors can all apply.
Is it fast enough for an auction?
Yes. Tell us your completion deadline when you enquire and we'll prioritise your case.
What happens if repayment is late?
Each lender's terms differ. Many Islamic structures direct late-payment charges to charity rather than keeping them as profit. We'll walk you through the terms before you sign.
For business and investment purposes only. We do not arrange finance secured on a property you or a close family member live in or intend to live in. Bridging Finance 4U is a credit broker, not a lender, and is not regulated by the FCA.
